Short Term Rentals
Lease ranges from 11-12 months. Water may be included or offered at a surcharge.
Long Term Rentals
12+ Month lease term. Rates are usually higher.

Assistance with buying first, secondary, investment and commercial properties.
What are your credit requirements for approval?
- In short.... None! We are not requesting a specific credit score. In most scenarios, landlords do request :
- A minimum gross income of 2.5 times the rent.
- No history of evictions.
- No recent criminal charges.
What if I'm looking to buy a house?

I dont meet the typical rental requirements. Should i still inquire?
Yes! Transparency is the easiest way to get you into a home. We are unbiased to hard times and accept any and all inquiries. Several landlords may make personal exceptions that other partners and affiliates may not. Every scenario is CASE BY CASE!
